The Denkmeier Optical wide field eyepieces were designed for use on binoviewers and are made to exacting specifications. Used separately, these eyepieces are truely amazing. Each eyepiece is encased in an eyepiece Vault. The bottom of the eyepiece barrel is threaded, and so is the base of The Vault. The eyepiece housing never touches the interior walls of The Vault.
